I was puzzled to find the productivity of my office lowering month by month. I couldn’t find any good reason for this gradual fall in the performance of many employees in the office. It’s more than obvious that everyone in a software based company like mine are provided with a desktop and an internet connection. I could sense some distraction through the internet that hinders the positive growth of the company. The external security surveillance couldn’t help me in resolving this issue. I needed something internal and more time consuming to fix this issue, something like computer spy. My 8th hit on the google search icon gave the solution for this issue.
