OBESITY

Now a day’s people are prone to obesity which is nothing but overweight. The deposit of fats which are not burnt-out leads to severe problems. One such can be heart attack, blood pressure and other problems related to joint pains and body pains. So it is always better to get rid of these fats. Be cautious of what you are eating. Take only healthy food and avoid junk stuffs. This will improve your body metabolism. It is always essential to maintain correct weight to the height you are. To know whether any one is having obesity or is underweight than to be maintained one can find it out by their BMI (Body Mass Index).
The BMI is given by the equation:
Weight/ (height in meters * height in meters)

The chart is as follows:
• Underweight = <18.5
• Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
• Overweight = 25-29.9
• Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So be cautious of being over weight and try to reduce them and have a peaceful life after all Health is Wealth.
