LAT AND TRICEPS WORKOUT

If you have decided to go for a lat and triceps workout I am going to describe few workouts which will keep you fit. Start the day with treadmill. After running, wait for ten minutes. Then do three sets of push ups with 10 repetitions. Follow it with Pull ups. This will expand your lat muscle if you do it regularly. After finishing this, start with conventional lat workout. Make sure you do three workouts for lat. Take 20 minutes to do that. Do pullover and start with conventional triceps workout. Finish it with forearms workout. You can even do abdominal class if you have time. This will keep you fit.
